Who can use the site

Using the site

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:

Our content

The text, designs, graphics, videos, books, programs, logos and the names DivineX, ASCEND, Flow and Zeno belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don’t republish, sell or adapt our content without written permission.

Our articles, books, programs, meditations and videos are for general education and inspiration. They are not legal, financial, tax, investment, medical or mental-health advice. The Growth Scan and the Zeno chat assistant use automated systems, including AI. Their answers and recommendations can be incomplete or wrong. Use them as a starting point and check anything important before relying on it.

• Flow and ASCEND subscriptions and purchases are made on their own checkout pages, under the prices, billing and refund terms shown there.
• Client projects are governed by the proposal or agreement you sign with us. If it conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement wins.
• Books are sold by Amazon and other retailers under their own terms.

Emails and text messages

When you contact us through the site, you agree that we may reply by email. If you opt in to marketing emails, you can unsubscribe with the link in any email.

If you opt in to text messages, you agree to receive recurring automated texts from DivineX at the number you provided, such as appointment reminders and updates. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Links to other sites

The site links to other websites and services, such as Amazon, YouTube and our own apps. Third-party sites are run by others under their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

No warranties

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, DivineX and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to $100. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Indemnity

If you misuse the site or break these terms and a claim is made against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you and we agree to those courts’ jurisdiction.

Changes and general terms

We may update these terms by posting the new version here with a new effective date; using the site after that means you accept them. We may suspend access to the site at any time. If part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement about your use of the site.
